Lindsey is a natural coach, but does this by servant leadership and by example, and by doing so, provides a high level of confidence and provides an environment here where great can be done, both at an individual and team level. By providing high levels of education, servant leadership, subject matter expertise, thorough preparation and structural input, distilling a vast amount of information into digestible content and stimulus for the workshop. Coaching what are already senior leaders in their own right and leading by doing, coaching by guiding, not preaching. I admire Lindsey’s energy, vision and bravery.
