From the very beginning Lindsey worked closely with me to identify the outcomes my team and I needed from the workshop and to make sure that the day was designed with these specifically in mind. The time flew by - Lindsey is a really engaging and thoughtful facilitator with skills to read the room and encourage participation from even the shyest member of a team. Our workshop was focused on creating one team with a shared purpose and to kick off the development of a new strategy. I walked away at the end of the day feeling like a weight had lifted from my shoulders. My team had got to know each other better and understand the depth of skills and experience they bring to work every day. We'd agreed our shared purpose, identified and committed to the actions we would take to make us successful as a team. And we had the framework of the strategy in place.
