Turas Consulting & Coaching Limited disclaims and excludes all liability for any claim, loss, demand or damages of any kind whatsoever (including for negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of either this website or the information, content or materials included on this site or on any website we link to.

Turas Consulting & Coaching Limited makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to continuity of service. It reserves the right to suspend, terminate or otherwise alter access to some or all of the site’s services at any time and without notice.

Other than Personal Information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to the site is considered non-confidential. This includes feedback or submissions you provide.

If your contributions to the site include material in which copyright or other intellectual property is owned by a third party, you warrant that you have the right to use that material and to grant the licence referred to in, and on the terms of, the clause above.

Payment Policy

1. With the exception of the Complimentary Discovery Call, payment of fees, outlined in my fee schedule for each product/service, is required 2 days in advance of the session taking place.
2. Sessions are not confirmed unless prior payment has been received.
3. Each session will be for 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise by both the Coach and the Client.
4. The Coach and Client agree to attend the sessions at the agreed times.
5. Any change to session times must be communicated by the Client to the Coach by phone or text at least 2 days in advance.
6. Any missed sessions or sessions cancelled without the appropriate 2 days advance notice will be charged at the full rate.
