A free live session ·
Sunday 20 September NZT | Saturday 19 September PT
Your line is the connection between who you are, where you’re heading and the extraordinary impact you’re here to create. It is always there. Pressure and noise pull you away from it, and that pull is what we call drift.
Ninety minutes to find out what yours actually is — and to leave believing it’s something you can work through, not just survive.
Live, hosted by Lindsey. Kept small so it stays a conversation, not a broadcast.

Why nothing you’ve tried has held
Attended the course. Read the articles. Told yourself you’d sort it out once things calmed down. And the noise just kept coming.
Here’s the honest truth: none of that was ever going to work, because it wasn’t actually about doing more, or doing it better. It was about not knowing why you felt off in the first place.
Most advice is like a compass. It gives everyone the same reading, no matter who’s holding it. Good for familiar ground — the wrong tool the moment your ground stops being familiar.
What you actually need is a bearing. You don’t read a bearing off someone else. You set it, from who you are — and you hold it yourself.
And it’s not just about the compass. It’s about the noise, too. Every urgent message, every mood you inherit that isn’t yours, every fire you didn’t start — that’s noise, and it never stops. It flows like a river. You get to choose how you meet it: reactive and floating like a reed bending wherever it pushes you, or anchored in who you actually are, like a rock, steady enough that it doesn’t move you.
Does this sound like you?
Drifted from it
“I’ve lost myself somewhere in this. The part of me that feels like me has gone quiet.”
Never named it
“I got to where I was supposed to get to, and it doesn’t feel like I thought it would.”
Set it down
“I made the sensible choice, and set something aside to do it.”
What this session gives you
You arrive
“Something feels off.”
“I don’t know if this can be fixed.”
You leave
“I want to know what it actually is.”
“I believe I can.”
Ninety minutes to move from a vague sense that something’s wrong, to knowing exactly what to call it — and believing it’s something you can work through.

Meet your host
Leadership Architect. Founder and steward of Turas Group Limited and the True North Leadership Architecture™.
Twenty-six years in senior leadership, and the last of them spent building something most people in this field don’t attempt. Not a coaching programme — a governed architecture. A repeatable way of finding the line between who a person actually is and the impact they’re here to create, so they can hold it under pressure, expand what’s possible and make change that endures.
She didn’t arrive at it from theory. She spent ten years reading the wrong instrument and living according to other people’s values and definition of success — status, financial certainty, recognition. Every individual reading seemed reasonable. It was only once she added ten years of them together that she could see how far off her own course she had drifted. She arrived at her “when”, and it didn’t feel the way she expected it to. She realised she wasn’t living in line with her core values of family, meaning and contribution.
What she built out of that has since been shaped by an environment that kept changing under her — grief, caregiving, professional challenge, bullying, a life-changing injury — and starting a business from nothing at 52.

What this session actually does
Everything most people try is aimed at the symptom. A course teaches you something new. A podcast gives you an idea. A better list reorders your day. Not one of them asks what’s underneath: who are you, under all of it?
We don’t ask that question, because we’ve been trained to think about performance and output — not identity.
This session asks it. Not as a workshop exercise, and not as something you’ll be made to answer out loud in front of strangers. As the thing that explains why everything else stopped working.
You arrive with a vague sense that something is wrong. You leave able to name exactly what it is.
This is for you if
This is not for you if
Imagine this
Knowing which of the things landing on you are actually yours, and setting the rest down without the guilt that used to come with it.
Making decisions from something solid underneath, rather than in reaction to whatever arrived most recently. Recognising yourself again — not a new person, the one who was already there.
You don’t need to become someone else. You need to finally see why you feel the way you do.

A recent moment from practice
A GM, ten years in the same organisation, consistently rated one of the strongest performers on her leadership team. Nothing in her performance had slipped. Her team still hit every target.
She told me she’d started dreading Monday mornings so badly she was having trouble sleeping on Sunday nights. And then she said the line I haven’t stopped thinking about since:
I stopped recognising myself in the job.
A client, this year
That is not disengagement in the way the headlines mean it. That is drift. And it can sit underneath a scorecard that still looks completely fine, for a long time, before anyone notices.
Details changed and shared with permission.
If you go further — the 90-minute diagnostic
Your Drift, Named
You’ll finally see what’s actually going on and be able to put it into words.
Your Resilience, Understood
Why the drift happened, not just what it looks like.
Your Next Move, Clear
The one thing that actually helps, not a generic list.
Your Load, Shared
You leave with less to carry, not more to do.
Your Belief, Back
Knowing this is something you can work through, not just survive.
Sunday’s session is free and complete on its own. The diagnostic is what’s there if you want to go further afterwards — there’s nothing to decide now.
Real people, real results

Rachael Curson

“I now see identity as the foundation of everything I create.”
Kate Amos

“Tools to navigate uncertainty, and keep showing up with purpose.”
Gary Cooper
This is a live event
One session, on Sunday 20 September. It’s kept small on purpose — the whole point is that you can see the other faces in the room, and that doesn’t survive being turned into a recording.
