2. It’s built daily.
Just like the gym, you need to do your reps. Set boundaries, build habits and give yourself breathing room.

3. It’s layered.
You need the SPACE to think, the POWER to act, and the RESILIENCE to stay grounded and show up strong.

4. It needs a plan.
You wouldn’t deliver a business idea or run a campaign without one. Why lead yourself (or your team) without structure?
