BEHIND THE CURTAIN OF MY LIFE-CHANGING JOURNEY TO USA

This was my first business trip to the Mastermind Academy in Arizona. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest. Was it going to be just another workshop where you learn something then go back to normal life and put it on the shelf?

This couldn't have been further from the truth. Here's why this business trip was like no other for me:

1. THE POWER OF COLLECTIVE THINKING AND COMMUNITY 🧠
The power of being in the same room with people from all walks of life who share the same passion and goal for creating successful knowledge businesses is unbelievable. Whether it's those of us who are still earlier on in our journey or the Mastermind coaches who've been where we're at, everyone was there with the sole focus of learning as much from each other so we could to take our business to the next level.

The richness of experience and perspective was off the charts. The amount I learnt in 2 days was VAST through the sessions, the working stations and the 1:1 sessions with MM coaches and my peers in breaks or socially.

My network has gone global and importantly, the friendships I've made will remain and that's a gift I will treasure.

2. LEARN & DO - ACTION-ORIENTED LEARNING 🚀
Every day was filled with different 'work station sessions' where we learnt something then immediately took that learning and did something with it. The great thing about this was even though I felt uncomfortable about taking that action, we were all in the same boat and could support each other to make it happen.

The satisfaction of busting through that fear to take the next step then and there was honestly the best feeling. It felt like a weight had been lifted off and a filled with more self-confidence. Priceless.

On this trip, I built the foundations of my Academy: the B.L.A.Z.E Leadership System product, the Marketing and Sales content and automation tools to build awareness and credibility, the launch Masterclass product, filming the Welcome and Sales videos in the Mastermind studio. I could go on but you get the picture 😀

3. NOT BEING AFRAID TO 'HOT SEAT' WITH DEAN GRAZIOSI 🔥
To be in the same room as Dean and learn from him was in itself amazing. To put my hand up in a room of over 40 people and have a 15 minute conversation with him about my dream to build the Turas Trailblazing Academy for the Marketing and Comms profession and how I could make this a reality was a 'key' moment. The business savviness, practical wisdom and humility he shared was something I'll never forget and I'm immensely grateful for.

A huge thank you to my family, friends and peers who told me to 'go for it'. 🙏

Moral of the story: grab every opportunity, it can be life-changing...
