In the recent monthly newsletter, we had a conversation about the important topic of staying relevant. I believe another powerful way to do this is through authenticity and being real with yourself and others.

I've been thinking a lot about how being open can make such a big impact, especially on professional platforms like LinkedIn.

Do you sometiimes feel a bit nervous about moving too far away from your 'professional' face?

Me too. However, I'm finding more and more people want to see me - warts and all! A recent post of mine really hit home for a lot of people, maybe because it was all about being genuine.

In that post, I honoured my dad, the ultimate RADIATOR in my life. He travelled 12,000 miles just to be by my side before making a big decision about a major surgery. His unwavering support showed me how being your true self encourages others to do the same, creating real connections.

As you work towards your goals, both personal and professional, it’s so important to surround yourself with more Radiators and fewer Drainers. They’re the ones who fill your energy cups and keep you going through the highs and the lows of your journey.

So keep embracing your True North, sharing who you really are, and celebrating those Radiators who make your life brighter. And never forget, your vulnerability is your superpower — it helps others see they’re not alone in their struggles and triumphs.
